The PGA got Lexi Thompson to tee it up at Vegas. She almost made the cut. I think with Se Ri Pak if it wasnt really cancelled due to the ongoing california wildfires. That was odd when I saw the reason they gave when it was cancelled. Like Amy I never heard it as a fan.
Mollie Marcoux Samaan did an excellent job. She was always accountable. Pretty hard to replace Mike Whan who was deservedly very popular. Mollie never had it easy but purses did grow during her tenure so she was far from a failure.
To 'broaden the reach' more top players need to play more international events.'
