is this not casting? thought that wasn't good for you swing?
isn't that casting when you start down and get rid of radial?
Matt, you just blew my mind! I’m aware of some of the misunderstandings surrounding “lag” but I’ve been struggling with how to move my lead wrist through impact. This video has answered a lot of questions. I immediately went out to the yard and hit a few easy shots into the net thinking about this, with some good success. Well done and thank you!
