Team Europe did USA a favor choosing Fitzpatrick over Sergio – especially for this venue

Actually, the crowd paid a crap load of money for night session tickets, and the first match got cancelled. When Novak was plowing through the first two sets, the crowd started cheering for more tennis, hence their backing the American.

It seems so easy for you guys to dump on the LIV players. I don’t recall anybody saying that when Justin Thomas was selected to the team that anybody was delusional. He was absolutely atrocious the entire season and offered nothing other than some great experience in the distant past. Sergio has a much better resume across the board than JT AND Ryder Cup record AND has been super competitive this LIV season. Why are you guys so ignorant towards the LIV players? Your narrative whenever you get a chance is to dump on them and it’s exhausting. Start being Golf fans instead of PGA Tour fans. That would be nice.

Harry Hall had more birdies and more sub 70 rounds than Scottie scheffler this year, how'd he leave him off the team for a struggling Matt Fitzpatrick who's 1-7 in Ryder cup matches?

I like this golf channel exhibition idea. It’s just shorter and more easily digestible. The hosts r too young to remember the skins game exhibition that aired in the winter. The skins were one of the biggest events in 80s golf. That’s why I prefer LIV, it’s a better format. Only the most die hard boomers want 4 rounds at the John Deere. 4 rounds r cool for majors. But not every week.

The real Garcia was upset. Not getting picked but paid his DP fines. He'd have never paid if he knew he wasn't a pick

Team Europe… if it ain’t broke… don’t fix it. Why make drastic changes to the team that won in Rome? I like Captain Donald’s picks, for mine, I would have picked Matt Wallace over Sepp Straka. I’m calling an away win for Europe this year.

And Sergio… talk about throwing the toys out of the pram. He was never on the radar surely..

Ok guys – the difference between reporters and competitive elite athletes has never been more obvious than your love for timing shots in competitive tournaments. Soooooo stupid to do that on individual shots. Not only is it stupid, but will never ever ever ever happen in a competitive tournament. Comparing it to baseball is perhaps your most ridiculous take & Lav has had some real doozies. In a sport where failing 72% of the time makes you millions of dollars for 15 years can not compare to hitting a ball within 90% of perfect (do the math) every time gets you a shot on the Korn Ferry. Shot clock on TGL comparison is also ridiculous as those are indoor with perfect lies and all the data up on a big screen w/near nothin on the line.

They need to put a shot clock on Patrick Cantgetlayed. That guy needs to stop doing the jig with his feet over every shot for 45 seconds. And in the December golf channel America-got-talent competition, they need to have Scottie Shuffler (worst footwork in golf history) do a diaper changing competition. You know he would win that since that is what he would prefer to be doing instead of playing golf anyways. And if they had a griping and whining competition, you know that Rory McAttitude would win that one.
