What happens when an average golfer takes on two of the toughest courses in U.S. Open history… in back-to-back days?
GOLF.com’s Sean Zak attempts to break 85 at both Oakmont Country Club and Erin Hills — two major championship venues known for punishing even the best players in the world. It’s a 48-hour test of skill, nerves, and stamina as Sean plays the U.S. Women’s Open host and the U.S. Open host with one goal: break 170 total.
Between rounds, there was a nine-hour overnight drive across state lines, a crucial stop at Culver’s for a double hamburger, a much-needed range session squeezed in, and barely three hours of sleep.
This wasn’t just golf — it was survival.
Watch to see if he pulls it off — or if the courses win.
