Video Description

I’ve found a major difference in my golf swing since using this and now I show this to all of my students and they’ve found the same improvements too. I show students this method and they now move so much better in the golf swing, they are keeping their relationship with the golf ball without even thinking about it. Stop standing up in the golf swing isn’t as straight forward as you think…there are a few contributors to stopping standing up in the golf swing that so many golfers don’t realise.

I personally use this strategy to stop standing up but to be honest I wish I knew about it sooner as it has made such a difference to my game. Finally I Now Stay In Posture and Stop Standing Up Thanks To THIS! SO many golfers ask me how to stop standing up, stop standing up, stop standing in the golf swing, well, here is an easy fix you can do with both your driver and irons.

Finally a method that works! It really does help you stay down through the golf ball & create compression

I've came out of my posture all my life and got to a 6 handicap. My issue was my upper body with shift forward with my lower body slightly. Which prevented me from not having enough room. Keep your upper body behind the ball and you won't early extend.

Are there any techniques for typical lower back pain, that subconsciously makes on tend to pull up instead of staying down?

Alex, I see hands down first, then turn. When does weight shift to the lead leg come in the sequence with those two? I start with weight shift, then hands, but alas not much of a turn …

Thanks Alex, I'll give it a try. Also, looking to add distance for senior golfers like me.

Great content as usual. I always learn something from your videos. I think my grip and swing are improving. I use a launch monitor to gauge my metrics and for the most part I have a decent swing path and attack angle but I still struggle with face control. It doesn't seem to matter what I try I consistently hook the ball left. Any good hacks/tricks to be able to better control face path?

    Great tips Alex.
I love the left shoulder pointing at ball tip more than any other, and
it is usually my single swing thought too.
