One week after a thrilling U.S. Open, the PGA TOUR heads to Connecticut for the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands. This is the final Signature Event of the 2024 PGA TOUR regular season. Keegan Bradley returns this week to defend his title after setting the tournament scoring record of 23-under par last year. He’s claimed two runner-up finishes this season at the Sony Open in Hawaii and Charles Schwab Challenge three weeks ago. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will also be in action and looks to bounce back from his T41 finish at the U.S. Open last week. From the final round of the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday and into the U.S. Open was Scheffler’s first time shooting five straight over-par rounds. Scheffler will look to claim another victory this week, as he has already won five times this season and finished T4 here at the Travelers last year. PGA Championship winner Xander Schauffele will also tee it up in Connecticut this week. The World No. 2 has 11 top-10 finishes in 15 events this season, including a T7 at the U.S. Open last week. Others to look out for this week include Collin Morikawa, Tony Finau, Ludvig Åberg and Hideki Matsuyama.

From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.

I can't believe Akshay hit that ball in the water on 13.
If he doesn't do that, I win a ton of $$$.

I can't emphasize enough how much I'd love to see Tom Kim win this. Just a really cool guy. No BS, just a down to earth guy who makes no apologies for anything and always seems like he's just having fun.

Robert MacIntyre shoots an 8 under par round today and there's not a single clip from his round. Take it he's not one of the PGA Tours favourites.

PGA Tour officials meaning the top people are the worst! Unqualified people running a non union entity absolutely sticking it to the lower ended players. No backing just sleep in your car each tournament and wish for good days! Pathetic

I love the putting distance. It looks like a long put but it’s only like 12 feet

Consistently very poor 'highlights' from the PGA. Who puts these edits together? What we get is a context-less succession of chipping and putting. That's only a partial insight into the game of golf! No long drives, mid-irons, recovery shots, bunker shots, etc… And , shockingly, not even the merest glimpse of the best round of the day, McIntyre's 62.

What we need is a sense of how the day developed, what the specific challenges were, the 'journey' individual players went on, the recoveries, the errors and poor judgement – and not just a succession of chips and putts!

Gone are the days of announcer politeness, staying quiet during the golf shot. Now it's YAK YAK YAK about any topic with a punch point on the word that is being said when the ball goes in the hole or close to.

You know a course is easy when Justin Thomas is breaking par this year

From one extreme to another. We go from last week at The US Open, where only a few guys end up under par for the tournament, and this week, where under par won't make the cut and guys are shooting 59.
