Video Description

This honestly works like magic, I have used this technique on around 35 clients and on average they have gained 24 yards, which can make a HUGE difference when it comes reducing your handicap and lowering your scores. My clients have found they have gained a LOT more control on golf course just by marking their golf ball like this, they are in-to-out, squaring the club face, hitting the golf ball on the up, hitting your driver longer, hitting your driver straighter, ahh…. there are just so many benefits which is why I say it looks like magic! You need to mark a dot in the middle point of the golf ball and an arrow around it. Once you do this and follow the instructions in this simple golf lesson in regards to your golf club face, you will start to draw the ball very quickly.

This simple golf lesson will show you exactly how to tee the golf ball and use this visual to add distance to your driver. I have used this technique on around 35 clients and on average they have gained 24 yards, which can make a HUGE difference when it comes reducing your handicap and lowering your scores. Your body is really important in relation to your set up too… so we need to make sure we get that right too.

Thanks. I'm having the opposite problem. Mostly hooking 75% of my drives. Would I do the opposite to fix?

Hey Alex, keep making contact with the floor before ball with my irons, what's the best thing I can do to prevent this 🥴 even happens when my set up feels good…?

    Hi Alex.

I have a wicked slice and have used this method with mixed results to overcome the slice.

My home course has a couple of left to right holes that requires a slight slice.

How do I allow for a left to right dog leg using this method without undoing the mindset of creating the draw that this set up controls the multi headed hydra that is intent of heading drives out of bounds.

I am not skilled enough to adjust my swing to to play straight, draw and slice drives or fairway shots.

Would this method work for 3 woods and hybrids from the fairway?

    30 handicapper.

    Thanks.

Maybe I missed it but when doing this setup, what is your aiming point ?

Alex, i can generally hit draws or fades on demand, but I'm struggling with aimpoints, hitting the fairway. Any tips with this issue? Thanks!

Hi Alex. Absolutely love your channel and the Tips. Could you please do a segment on your right hand with the grip pressure throughout the swing. I have trouble keeping my right hand from moving (lifting-weak grip).
    Stay well!

As a left handed player is the set up just opposite?

Makes total sense to visualize the shot curve. I get everything correct except for turning my hands over. Ball goes right or I overdo it and hit a hook! I don’t have a problem with a fade.

The set up addressing the ball helped extremely in hitting better drives yesterday on the course.👍⛳️😎

Hi Sir, I am new to golf. Can an adult(58 inches in height) use junior golf clubs? I bought a golf set for women, but it is too heavy for me to use, and i feel like it is not suitable for my height.

Excellent job Alex in explaining how to set up for a "draw!" I am a proponent of an in to out swing, therefore, I do get a lot of draws. One thing that I don't do consistently however, is pull my right foot back. I will do it if the fairway has a right to left angle to it! It appears that I will have to change my routine! Well Done Alex!

So this is more a general comment about your channel. I'm a 56 yr old player who until about a year ago played maybe once a year. I've watch a ton of yt videos but have settled on you and Tom Saguto as my two go-to instructors. I've taken bits and pieces from both of you that have give me some aha moments. Last night I played 9 and had my best round ever. It just clicked. I chipped in from just off the green and just didn't have a blowup hole. I shot a 42 which by far is my best 9 ever. To be fair, I took one mulligan on a tee shot so legitimately it was a 44. It was also from basically the "white" tees and was only 2800 yds. I'll still take it! Thanks for all your content! Oh, and I have no illusions as I'm sure my next 9 holes will be more like a 52-53 to bring me back down to earth…. Thanks again!

Used this without marking the ball (playing with my brother in law and my son on the day I viewed the video) and it worked perfectly. Thank you

Alex, should you swing your fairway woods more slowly than you would your driver and how do you set up for address?

Hi Alex, great content as always, especially this one! I have had major push issues with my driver for past few months.

Used this technique for setup past round and hit every drive in the middle of fairway!!! Thanks a bunch!

Also, you had done a swing analysis video on my swing few years back. Would love to get your take on my current swing! Look forward to great content from you!

My next goal is get my putting in order! Any help in that would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers

I generally draw the ball but took this to a practice round yesterday – boom, boom consistent and effortless…I was playing 2 balls and kept hitting them within a couple of yards of each other 260 yds out (not exaggerated) I even used this understanding to fade a left to right dog leg. Next stop to try in a competition…thanks for the focused help.

Thank you so much Alex for this and all your videos. After incorporating the techniques here, I drove the ball much more consistently and as a result, I shot a 1 over at my home course which is my best score ever!!
    Thank you again!!
