Don’t swing longer in your backswing; just start swinging shorter, MOVE your legs and I know you will hit the golf ball longer and straighter more often. In the backswing your left leg loosed flex and your right leg gains a little flex this is the ability to creates POWER and distance through the golf ball as you can drive through the golf ball this way. you have to change your knee flax in the backswing and the downswing, its the key to power
