Great video
Fire
Solid video Matt! Longtime sub. Ever heard of AoFar rangefinders? Thank you from a fellow Mission Trails golfer in the past!
The ones with the laser bright display can that get turned off and just be black if its not needed
Keep these videos coming!!
Thanks for all you do. Love your videos. Is there a big advantage using a range finder vs. a GPS mobile app for yardages?
I was hoping you would review the Flightscope I4 range finder. I did just see another video and it requires a hookup with FS Golf. Thanks for the great videos.
You could have just told us MF was Matt Fisher 😂
Are you or would you check out the Rapsodo launch monitor……please
Thanks for another great informative video. I would say enjoy the weather down there but I know not been the best so far down there. That's said, hope you have a great time visiting all the vendors at The Show.
I really like my Garmin Z30. I have the S70 watch and love that they pair together. I would say 90%+ of the time it accurately gives me the pin placement and yards on the green and yards to the back of the green. This has helped with club selection. Especially if I don’t know the course. The one other feature I like in combination with the watch is I only have to shoot the flag once per hole. The yardage recalculates and displays on the watch based off the pin placement.
Well done video review, MSG, from the boot man who helped you find the Open Forum!
Matt- What would be the best range finder you would recommend for shaky hands? Nikon w image stabilization or is their another brand/model?
Need the gold covered range finder to go with the Gold Honma driver.
Are these rangefinders available now?
Wish i was there
Need the windy in Oklahoma and Texas
Excellent video. Amazing to see the myriad of options in the golf industry. I have a couple of middle ground lasers. Do you think the saying: "You get what you pay for" applies to range finders?
The $65 dollar one is the winner for me.
Hey Matt the Blue tees S3 you looked at, you said it does not have OLED. But I have that model and there is a button on top with a red dot that switches it to the red display if you need it. Now mine is the S3 max. Perhaps the one you looked at was not the max. But I believe I paid $299 for it last year also
Garmin z82 is the shit
I will never fall for the CaddyTalk gimmicky gadgets again, I fell for it and bought the Cube. It's been so miserable, but lessons learned.
For the Garmin RF, once you shoot the pin with the finder and it talks to the watch, does the watch remember the exact pin location (and erase when you move to the next hole, or far enough away from the pin)? If that was the case, I’m ALL IN FOR THAT!
I like the $65 one! But the @Golfmates play golf with the gentleman at the table in the back of the ShotScope display! Cool to see!
I'm getting a new rangefinder with my men's league winnings this year. Great to see what's coming out
i followed you for years. now it feels like this channel is just a long commercial. i get it. you have to make your paper but enough if enough
Precision pro is trash.
Stop in and see my Buddy, Matt Green at the 50 yds longer booth. Tell him Dick sent ya. He's an awesome fitter from Cincinnati.
Too bad there wasn’t a Nikon booth. They also make pretty good rangefinders.
Nikon is there, not sure why you didn’t visit them? Fastest return rate and 2 new models this year. Something is up that you skipped them for some bottom feeder brands. Shame shame Matt
Honestly I don't get expensive rangefinders. Bought a mileseey one for $40, works perfectly, accurately gives me the distance to the pin in like 2 seconds every time. Can't say I need a rangefinder to do anything more than that.
Z30 due to its integration.
Great video, but my range finders are in my drawer with my flip phones 😂. I can do that and more between my phone golf app and watch. I can see the integrated google map on my phone golf app to see around doglegs, slopes, etc. and much more than a rangefinder will do nowadays. Now get a rangefinder to serve cocktails and I may use it again lol.
3:18 The Tiger Rover price is that retail or wholesale?
It's clearly a white label as it says "Brand" on it
The CaddyTalk wind measurement is a neat idea…
Only problem is that it just tells you the wind speed we're you're standing 😂
With that said, still better than nothing I suppose.
Love this guy
What's about the FlightScope RangeFinder? You forgot that in your presentation.
