This is, as I have read, not as tough a recovery as some of his other back issues. 3 to 6 months.

10 back surgeries, one leg, can’t walk 72 holes. He is done.

Tiger can still win at Augusta. Don’t count him out yet

Nothings changed in 5 years, Tiger made bad decisions and hes paying the price… time for the media to move on.

I love when none lifters say that it killed his body. It doesn't, the gym is the fountain of youth. I know people who tore their labrum changing lightbulbs, or tore their meniscus walking down the steps.
He has overuse injuries from the gilf swing, Id argue that the amount of gilf balls he hit is the main reason for his physical decline.

Tiger is done as a top level competitor, Hymie knows he's finished.

Tiger should have retired years ago, all he is doing reinjuring his body & get more surgeries. He should think about his quality of life in his golden years. 🐅 🐯

Yeah. Wishful thinking. He's never going to be the player he wants to be. He made choices in his life that prevented him from achieving those goals. I think the best we can hope for now, is that after a period of recovery, he will be able to drive one of those little carts along the paths and sell lemonade.

I don’t think he’s coming back. His body is so broken.

Not going to happen, will not be pain free, the more surgeries the worse outcome is longterm, may need to give up golf and consider a spinal cord stimulator

I recall a younger Tiger taking violent swings never seen before on the tour and making the ball go further than ever. They had to "Tiger Proof" many courses. Time to pay the piper.

It's a shame, he should have bowed out at St Andrews for the 150th open.

Tiger’s career is toast. The only golf he will ever play is a few rounds with his son Charlie.

He might play golf again but he'll never win on tour and maybe not on seniors tour. 11 years of back surgeries, no such thing as a pain free round

I’m curious did the guy ever stretch properly before working out? Or, perhaps he could dive into some yoga?

This is the problem with Great athletes is they don’t know when to stop. He should worry about being able to enjoy life now not competitive golf.

The guy isn’t having surgery to play golf again it’s just to live with less pain and suffering in his day to day..his career is over

Hang them up man. You've done everything that could be done in golf. Largest margin of victory in two majors 12 (97 masters) 15 (00 US Open).

Tiger turns 50 in December. I never really saw him playing on the Champions Tour. Hopefully his back surgery allows him less pain when he walks.

Jamie, after every back surgery, you keep saying he can now swing without pain. How are you so delusional?

You keep saying “pain free”. Please stop talking about back surgery and health and golf

    You are a clueless fool
