In this video, Adam goes over how the set up at address will give you more pop and power in your golf swing. Our student in this video was unable to load his trail leg properly which caused him to flip through contact as well as lose his lower body structure. By setting up in the reverse K formation, the golfer will feel the load and coil which makes the necessary tension to unload during the downswing.

Thanks for having me out. Adam and Kevin are the best. I recommend that anybody make it out for a lesson. Adam knows his stuff, and you will leave with a plan to improve.

    I needed this.
Lefty and lacking shoulder turn and 'Pop' in the strike.
Thanks Adam. Love to see you teaching Left Handed for us. Right shoulder initiating the one-piece backswing take away.

This is the best instruction out there. Adam’s focus on the takeaway and knock down mentality has helped me tremendously. I’ve been taking lessons from GOLFTEC for a year locally and it has helped, but honestly I’ve learned more from Adam’s YouTube channel. I can now compress the ball which gives me a lower straighter ball flight that has resulted in lower scores. Even when I miss occasionally my ball stills goes straight. I have completely taken hooks and slices out of my game. Thanks guys! Keep up the tremendous work!

I tried this yesterday with my 54 and 50 degree wedges. This gave me 5 – 10 more yards. Contact was better and I believe will improve after working on this more. I did notice that I have to be careful to avoid tension in my grip, wrists and forearms. Hope will help with driver too. Thanks!

Everyone these days thinks they can't lift their lead heel in the backswing…and that is just a ridiculous idea, in my opinion, esp for the fact that most of humanity does not have a whole lot of flexibility. The way I see it, if lifting the heel helps you wind up properly, then do it. It used to be the norm iin golf…and now it's simply not fashionable to do…..lol.
