Please keep doing the comps. Love hearing about your preparation, process, and thoughts throughout the rounds. Looking back from the beginning of the year until now, there has been a great deal of improvement and would love to see you keep at it.
The deep breaths and huge sighs really shows off how golf can frustrate you , (and drive you to the edge of madness) . I think if it was I on some of those puts, my putter may have taken swimming lessons π …again AWESOME CONTENT ..love ya work Mr Finch
Love the comp content. Love Road to the open. This is like my comfort channel, that helps inspire me to improve every time I step out on a course
Generally really solid golf…. every time your stroke gets long and slower, its trouble. When you are confident your putting stroke is shorter and has some pop.
Awesome little hole at the 10th !
Love these videos mate. Only thing I look for which they donβt seem to have is distance from the fairway from to the pin.
If Iβd only seen an edited version of this video with your putts edited out Iβd have guessed youβd shot 5-6 under. Tee to green you were awesome! Those greens mustβve been terrifying!!
Your short game has improved immensely. Good to see.
Now you just need to learn to βuseβ the ground on links courses and forget βcarry distancesβ. π«‘
These Greens are not made of gras. This is green painted concrete. What would a normal 10 handicaper shoot there? 90? 100? with 59 puts?
I love the courses where the pros don't threaten to shoot a 60 every round.
I really like the comp videos. They are more "real" then the normal course vlogs. They are showing you under real playing conditions, and show us viewers that you made a really huge progress in your game. Keep them on as they are.
Like the comp content. It makes it real! I also like the 30 minute edits rather than the hour plus
Can feel the PAIN on the short 10th. Any golfer knows EXACTLY how that feels. NOT even a bad shot but a bogey.
I would like to take some credit for your bird on #5…I think I was the first to recommend in the comments to use a mini driver going back to last year. My Burner mini has permanently replaced my regular driver. πKeep doing comps and play Andy and Matt again soon!
Brutal… your farts will be silent for some time after this
Pls get rid of the Scotty Cameron and go back to the LAB…. or get fitted for a new LAB….
Great season, enjoying the journey, both mental and game wise. Best content by far π
It seemed very much like you were talking yourself into an indifferent putting round before you even started. Time for a more positive approach π€
Don't be scared of the putts mate, see it going in, believe that it's going in and make a confident stroke, if you miss, you won't be cheesed off, because you give it a good go. π avoid saying, don't pull it, don't put it in the bunker etc, it's negativity and doubt before you have even took a swing. Pick your spot, see your shot and go for it π hope it helps. Loved the vid, keep it up mate β€ β³οΈ your shot shaping is brilliant off the tee π
I love the comp content in this form. really some of the best videos
I really appreciate that your editors utilize the ultrawide/21:9 screen ratio. You guys should consider using that ratio for the entirety of the videos.
Really enjoyed that! How tricky those greens are. Am I right in thinking that every missed putt went to the left of the hole? Sorry to be a smart alec!
4 putter on the lastπ’π’π’…I feel ya pal
as long as playing comps isn't a mental burden on you I love seeing the competative elements in a real setting. I'd never be anywhere near playing comps so its great to see what happens outside of top level tour
