Hey Grant, how are you ? My observation to you after seen tis video is that you look scare, I don't see you hitting the ball with confidence, as you hit on the regular videos. You look stressed, like a rookie , man you are a very good scratch golfer, relax, loose, start talking with the camera man as you do on regular video, that will help you to be less stressed, gaining confidence, you are very god player nd you hit almost perfect all your shots, you have a very good short game and strongest putter, beat all this guys , you have enough tools to do it, good luck !!!!!
You should absolutely get relief from divots. This is one of the stupidest rules in golf. Some hack (okay, or even an elite tour pro) can leave a trench in the fairway, there is no requirement or standard for repairing the divot, and if your ball ends up in one you can't take a drop. Ridiculous.
Why did he refer to himself in 3rd person for the title
We can see right here what separates the tour players from all the other very talented golfers.
You just have to be able to do it under the gun and not everyone feels comfortable in tournament play – some are ok in minor ones but as they step up feel the nerves

Grant I gotta say even when you are off your game you are impressive. I honestly think the only thing you did with your swing this round was you tried too hard. Your natural usual swing is the most pure thing in yt golf
Something that's always been able to calm me down in crazy situations is repeating this statement in my mind: "They don't understand. But you have to."
You'll never see this, but you're rushing your back swing. That's the only issue I see with your swing. Allow for a little longer dwell time into your down swing. Your accuracy will improve.

Grant, you need to work on your mental state during tournaments. not only like you were trying to guide but also guarding against making a bad shot. The 6 inches between your ears is the biggest battle. any and all negative thoughts, before, at and after your golf shot, putt, chip, will get relayed into your body and swing.
Grant, always enjoy your channel and your swing. the hardest part of gold is the 6 inches between your ears. What I saw in your game was what your negative thoughts was doing, not the talented golfer you are, and you are a better golfer than this and could be a better player.

You're a good man Grant with a big heart. You are blessed in that you aren't in the of those people who NEEDS to be the best, NEEDS to win… You stay positive and calm… It's a huge gift that no amount of money can buy.

What got me was that your dad walks every hole with you, that is a proud dad and truly shows that the love of a parent knows no bounds. Congrats on getting to do something that most average golfers dream of doing and doing it with confidence.
Great video and though I think you have one of the most smoothest swings, I could see you trying to steer the ball. I’m sure I do that too often…

The reason, I like Grant so much it’s because he lets himself go through super relatable emotions in the game of golf and life in general that other people are scared to go through and experiences genuinely behind the lens
What a great video. We get to watch a scratch golfer under tournament pressure that he's not used to play a hard course. My takeaway was if you don't have a strong passion to be a PGA tournament golfer don't put yourself through this, which is what Grant says about himself in a lot of his videos. He's so good at what he does and what he likes to do. Just keep being you, Grant.
