I got the 101s last month, they are great clubs
Swing like Grant and you can play any iron.
Also MSG I don't think you hit a bad shot with those in this video.
I use the 301 Combo set. I’ve used many forged irons in the past. These are some of the softest irons I’ve ever used.
For a while, I tried to use these injected style irons, but they never had the feel I liked. Yeah, I lost a small bit of distance, but they just do everything I ask of them. I’d definitely buy another set once these wear out. The only thing I wish they would do is make an approach wedge for the 301 MB. Yeah, I know they have the Skyforger line, but I’d like an approach wedge that’s like the PW. Other than that, no complaints.
Can you test/review the Sub 70 irons?
How does MSG not get invited to the creator classic we all watched yesterday evening? They get some guy that was on pace to shoot about 130+ for 18 holes, but they can't get MSG? ridiculous. Good review of the Takomo irons, FWIW.

1. At the 6:09 mark I see a Maxfli golf ball… Are you testing them out? Thoughts?
2. Look at New Level golf out of AZ another DTC company with fantastic forged irons and they have some PGA Champions Tour presence.

I’ve been watching all these creators switch to Tacomo and have been impressed. Definitely making me think my next set may finally be something other than Ping if they’re half the price and just as good.
I must be a unicorn, I like to see a thick top line staring back at me & I also like a wide sole . I guess I’m a 12 h/c so I want to see that forgiveness ! 🙏👍
After playing Callaway irons for over 20 years I just received my Takomo irons and man they are really really good and half the price

Isn't he playing the 201 model and not the 301 model? According to the WITB from Creator Classic he is playing full set of 201's.
I have the Combo set of irons plus a Takomo Skyforger wedge. Love them. So much so that the Ping G710s are the clubs my house guests use.
Maxfli ? used those in the late 70 s ,,, made my only hole in one with that ball ,,, i use 201s they are great feeling

Waiting on the 201s to come in. Beautiful looking clubs, can't wait to hit them in 3 to 5 weeks 😂…no bother because they were free and the weather is just starting to be nicer here in NY

I don't get why you aren't invited to the Creator Classic. The Takomo irons look like Mizunos.
I got my 201cbs last spring. No youtube review or picture can do justice for how nice they look in person

funny enough, grants W.I.T.B was actually featured on GolfWrx site and he's playing the 201s now. Did play the CB/MB combo and all cb set prior. I guess when you're part owner you can just do whatever you want 😂

Technically I don't think you can say Grant gets paid big bucks to play Takomo irons because he's actually an owner. Also he's talked about it before and his 2 longest irons are actually 101T's
