One of my playing partners is 5'9". I call it the magic Hogan height, without a doubt the best height to play really good golf, as he does.

I experienced this type of swing for about a year. Driver was 40 yards longer, irons were 15 to 20 yards longer. I didn't fully understand what I was doing differently so eventually fell out of it and back to hitting it short with a ton of effort. Looking forward to getting back to it!

Just wanted to show some love for the content. Subscribing to rotary for two months completely rebuilt my swing, and it’s never felt better. Thank you sir!

Great explanation and interesting about the fascia. Anyway I’m single digit who always swings under plane and blocks and hooks. My question I get paralysis by analysis if I get to technical. I have seen a little of your goat code series, then some axiom and then the dead drill course. That’s all overwhelming, point me in the right direction to which course of yours I should be focusing on so not to get too bogged down. Appreciate it and looking forward to working with you and your pros.

It’s one knowing the GDP position, it’s another getting there during the swing.

I have recently joined and I am hoping, that you teach us (me) how to do it.

Your saying I should feel like my right shoulder is retracted through the downswing as long as possible

I recently found your channel and immediately was drawn and intrigued by the simplicity of your thought process. Get rid of tension, swing the hands fast and then put the brakes on and allow the club to square up and release through the ball. I never interpreted this as a rolling of the hands and writs but rather just having some speed in your hands during the downswing and allowing your wrists to hinge with very passive arm rotation. The wrists are just swivels on the ends of your arms and as long as you swing your arms and hands correctly, the wrists and hands will just react and the club head will square and release all by itself. It seems I misunderstood what I thought was such a beautifully simple concept which now seems much more controlled and contrived movements. I think this is what dooms most viewers of Youtube swing coaches is the advice always ends up being overlycomplicated and viewers hopelessly unable to ever connect all the dots and coordinate all the moving pieces. I am going to keep watching your older videos but these newer ones seem headed in a direction that I personally try to avoid when thinking about how to swing a golf club.

Hi Chuck love the vid and a great way to further my quest on the Goat code. Ok 2” shorter and 20 older I’ll do the 100 mph eventually. Now I’m concentrating on my trail arm which thanks to you has transformed my ball striking both distance and accuracy.

Let’s talk about the scenery, Beautiful, any wild animals come to visit? Probably one of the best views any golfer has ever had from their home

I fell like it helps me if I think about getting the butt of the club to point at the ball on the down swing. It gets the club shallowed out and gets my wrists to snap. With the weather I haven't been able to hit a ball to put it to the test though. Am I on the right track?

Mimic a hammering action from in front of you, shifting to the right side, if you are a right hander of course. Replicate with your golf swing

If you can give this good of a lesson sitting in a chair, I can't wait to watch you giving lessons on the course.

My ball striking is pro level now…..since i went to south korea. they have the absolute best teachers since their culture is about honesty and caring. U.s. is a far different mentality….not blaming..just noticing. To all viewers..what the hands do is far more intricate than mainstream blah. Without this salvation trip…i would have never found the moves…never…..Salute

Is the hammer throw a useful analogy for what you are saying about releasing ?

Does this interfere with trying to be more left side dominant? Loving the explanation otherwise! Thank you
