Most amateur players want to hit pure irons and solid drives but they don’t realize they are in no position to do so. This is no fault of their own. It’s natural to do this wrong plus few people are even teaching this position. So if the great majority of amateur golfers don’t even know about it they will continue to make poor contact with their irons and driver.
Once you understand what to do take your time and slowly start to incorporate this into your swing. It will feel weird at first but if you keep doing it for a little while you will finally learn how to hit irons pure and long solid drives.

I agree with you Paul when I finish on a tilt I stay behind the ball at impact …but my shots go high and shorter than they should mostly….I get the odd shot that goes a more respectable distance….(my direction is reasonably straight…)

Paul, your knowledge of the swing is unparalleled. However, throughout the video I was asking "Why?" It wasn't until the last sentence or two that that was revealed. Putting the reason up front strikes me as much more motivating and therefore effective.
I've seen clips of Arnold Palmer tilting his head even more after the swing 😁
It makes sense, though, similar to when you plan to "hold the finish" in a swing.
This might be profound. I have been struggling with coming out of my shots lately.
