Everyone wants to learn an effortless swing. One of the issues people have is turning the arms off so they stop hitting the ball hard. Effortless swing means you are not hitting anything. The arms are relaxed and you are getting power with the legs and hips instead.

Here are 2 more ways you can try to turn your arms off. It will feel weird and different so you have to keep doing it until you get used to the feeling. Once the arms are turned off you need to power the swing with the legs and hips.

Just understand you want to get an effortless golf swing because this is a swing that you can do for life. If you keep hitting hard someday you will lose all of your distance because as you get older you get weaker. So if you are hitting with your arms you only have one way to go and that’s less distance not more. Start learning and effortless golf swing today.

Great reminder. I’ve been pushing driver lately. I think it’s tension creeping back into my arms. What do you think of the swing thought to leave the hands and arms behind as I rotate the hips. The feeling is I leave my hands behind at the top of the backswing and belt buckle past the target. Thank you so much for doing these videos. They have changed everything for my game.

    Fred Couples ?
    So smooth
    Love your content good sir
I was swinging a spike mal for years on the railroad
Whenever I tried to hit the spike hard I’d miss & break the wooden handle
The foreman handed me a sledgehammer for the rest of the day as a lesson
    It worked

Been there with the not turning the arms off and lesson messing it up.

But at least I figured it out. No longer feel the back pain. But now I'm keeping the feet pointed straight in front of me. I can get through better than open feet setup. Swing it faster too.
