Take a set out to the range and run a test with random high handicappers and have them hit the clubs on grass.
Had me interested at the mini driver, but price is still a tad high for my liking. Its a club I am very interested in but so far its a very expensive offering really only made by the big boys. Hoping a company like Tour Edge can offer something in the near future.
Could you not adjust the shaft insert to counter the drivers fade, maybe reduce the loft 1/2 or more degrees, to potentially get better performance? I think an episode about adjusting the shaft insert would be great, and these clubs could be perfect to demonstrate how dramatic the impacts could be.
I've hit the XL3 and initially thought the head was too big and the shaft too light. hit it not expecting much but my god its fun to hit. Goes high by default but I can hit forward handle punches without issue. Not tried it into a breeze yet.
I had the mini in 11d and it just didn't perform at all for me and felt dead, no clue on strike location. the XL feels much better

I don’t know which club you’re hitting. 3 hybrid to the other 3 hybrid, which one is eleven? You weren’t making it clear, which club you’re hitting 🤷🏽♂️ You are usually really good at differentiating from on to the other.
Bought the Eleven irons after your review. Handicap dropped 10 strokes over a 3 month period. Just sold my Taylormade Stealth irons.

How do you hit a mini driver off the turf? Sweep, hit in front, behind. I had a Taylormade and could not get it off the ground.
Did you get one of the shaft offerings from 11 on that XL2? I’m interested to see what shaft you have. Didn’t catch that in the video?
FYI check Eleven return policy. You can only return if you have not hit them is my experience. This is the problem with DTC clubs.
Hit the course with those bad boys from Eleven Golf!!!! I have set of Eleven hybrids, but find they tend to push to right. Probably should have got the senior flex shafts.
i use a Cleveland 5 and 6 HB TURBO (mostly use the 5 bend slightly strong) as my 180-195. Very satisfying sound and goes high and doesnt roll out to much. Like 60 bucks for a good used one and Its so much easier than a hybrid.
