Excellent news Matt , looking forward to seeing how things go and hopefully you perform to your high expectations and go on to win in the near future.
Issues: approach play, tee shots and short game 😅
Good luck
I know you're practicing at the dukes Matt, but wouldn't it have been more helpful going to Bolton lostock and practicing there and it's just up the road from where you live 🤔
Mini driver ?
Good Luck and play well!
Good luck Matt
Good luck play well
as the saying goes, prior preparation prevents piss poor performance.😆
Keep a good mindset, but mostly ENJOY, playing golf even in a comp is still a game we play to have fun.
You got this !!!!
All the best Matt 👍.
Best of luck Matt, yes have your strategy and practice but try and enjoy the comp and treat it as a learning experience to help with your future comps
Best of luck in your endeavours Matthew.
Practice, practice, practice, repeat.
Go the course and take practyround, familiarise yourself with the course ⛳️⛳️👍👍
Please don’t go on the piss the night before Matt! 😊
Good luck Matt. I play at the course across the way from where your comp is gonna be
Good luck Matt…. Lots of us here I am sure are behind you. Don’t stress you’ll be good 👍
Play well Matty….
Good luck
Best of luck Matt. Prepare well, stretches etc and stick to your strategy.
Didn’t realise this was just 18 minutes of you talking shite. 😂
Matt, you have the putting stroke to compete at a high level. Good luck, we will be watching!
👍👍
Matt you have the game to compete. I like what Peter said and I've recently been doing it as well. STRETCHING before a round not even hitting any shots made a huge improvement in my game. Just going out cold doesn't work if you're trying to reach that next level.
GOOD LUCK MATT HAVE A GREAT COMP
Good luck Matt, play well!
All the best, Matt, we're all curious …
I'll be rooting for you. Play well.
Best of luck !
Thanks for sharing the good, the bad and the ugly. The 15cm between the ears is so important.
A bit more notice and I could have come and watched you pal, gutted. Good luck
Good luck Matt. Don’t beat yourself up if an errant shot slips in early.
Good luck Matt, keep a cool strategic head, and you'll do well 👍⛳️
Matt, I can associate with you on this. I'm going to get back into competitions again next year.
All the best on your journey, and keep up the good work 👏
Great idea matt. This is what you need. Pressure to be your best. And still have fun. And if you play crap, WE will still have fun leaving cruel comments. Its a WIN WIN!
Yes Mathew!! The key to playing the back nine IS HOW WELL YOU PLAY THE FRONT NINE.😂
Practice practice practice that’s the key 😊
You got this!!!!
Good luck, Matt
Good luck Matt.
Have fun. Stay positive and listen to the advice you have just given yourself👍🤞
Great information and a smarter approach 👍. When you get off to a good start the first 4 holes, what you are focusing on will fall into place. Best of luck September 2nd
Best of luck Matt 👍
Don't take this the wrong way. I have seen so many PGA Pros over the years try to roll back time, as an example club pros trying their luck in an event. For me I can see no reason to do it. Bravado perhaps. I have no doubt that you will probably be around par but why put yourself through it? Potentially your confidence will take a bashing. They won't be playing this event because it is not in the neck of the woods, but putting yourself up against Paul Hendrickson, James Ruth types I don't think is a good idea for you. Just an opinion
See you at Lostock!
Hi Matt I am hooked on your YouTube you help me so Mutch what is the app your using for record keeping, thank Matt
Ps good luck in your competition
Good luck Matt, seems like a plan, stick to it.
