PGA TOUR WINNER – DRIVER FITTING! Part 2
Straight from the workshop (Part 1) we head to The Kingdom at TaylorMade Golf to fit one of the smoothest swings in the game.
Dean Wilson from Hawaii has played professional golf all over the world. Graduating from BYU he turned professional in 1992. Dean went on to win 6 times on the Japan Golf Tour, 1 of those 6 being a major. Dean then qualified for the PGA Tour and won The International in 2006 beating Tom Lehman in a 2 hole play off.
Dean is a golf savant and I’m extremely fortunate to call him a friend and share many rounds of golf with him each year. This upload has so much onion nectar in it that I cannot begin to do it justice.
Listen carefully to how Dean reacts to each shot and just marvel at the consistency of the strike and recognize how in tune with his game he truly is.

Trottie, love the videos, but the ball is hit off the ground, not off the floor. You don't get floor under repair, bit you do have ground under repair.

Trottie. Thank you really enjoyed these last two videos and a great comeback after the “advert” for the trip to the Kingdom. Sorry to drag it up but think TM could have won an army more if fans if they’d put it up as a prize. $16k is a lot of money to the vast majority of us but can’t believe it’s anything more than a fraction of the revenue generated by those of us who have bought Qi10 or in my case most latest the Burner Copper Mini.
Please get them to advertise some other way.

Still playing the stealth 2 plus 3W which I love, but I just got into the LS after having massive ballooning with the core model. Even at 7 degrees nothing I did would stop it. Picked up the LS playing at D4.2 and loving it. The flight is beautiful absolutely love this driver

I would love to see a fitting for someone who isn’t quite as dialed in. A lot of these recent fittings have been refinements/adjustments. I would love to see the approach of for someone who is coming in blank.
