I love video lessons like this where it's data driven but I CANNOT completely understand this swing direction thing. I feel like I get what he's saying it is, being a low-point thing and then the path is coming from the arc, and also saying that swinging out to the right will manipulate it. But then the drill is to start it on the right of the intermediate point and it still stays almost 0. Is that not swinging to the right? Who thinks I'm move my low-point WAY after the ball to start it more right?!?

They are trying to hit a draw. So the goal is for the ball to start right and end on the target. So you need to have an inside out path and a club square to the target. Swing direction is a result of path and face.
