Some people care enough to want you to fail. I've asked people to help me and they shoved me further into the hole.
I survived. Anyone ever need to reach out, find someone that's been through it. More laughs less tears

Take the glasses off and quit the ummms and the uhhhhhs. If your talking about something this serious have respect for it and make it the best thing possible with yalls forum to get the message out about depression. Yall have an excellent outlet to really bring all this to light and possibly help so many people. Come on guys do better.
Mental health is a broad spectrum. From depression, hormone imbalance, or chemical imbalances. Talking helps a lot, but antidepressants and talking isn't enough sometimes.
No matter how big or small you are (like Jake's nose)
(it's still big)
Thank u for this 🙏
U guys are fucking awesome !!
I lost my grandma about a year ago and she was the one that kinda pull me outta that depression state of mind but since she’s been gone it’s been super hard but I made her a promise to live life not only for myself but for her 2
❤❤
Thank you for this. Normalizing talking about this stuff is so critical.
Love you guys. I appreciate you and your friendship. Visit any time we've always got room in our group and our hearts
Mark is right. Skateboarding was a toxic place to be for such a long time, it took until the 2010s for people to be accepting of differences
Love you guys. No matter what I’ve got going on in my life you make me laugh.
Absolutely love the message of this episode. With that out of the way here’s some roasts.
Crazy to hear such a touching heartfelt message from Amy Winehouse’s twin brother, only wish he could’ve saved her.
I see Griff is taking the canceled for Asian impression fast track to success.
Jake. That’s it, that’s the roast. Just “Jake”.
damn, Griff we the physicist mom story. Love it.
also amazing how many facts are wrong on your podcasts
I've lost my golf game. I want to quit. I've gone through it all. Depression all that stuff. Rip
Sometimes when you're far gone. It's hard to reach out. Sorry. Mark. This is why people don't understand
Thankyou guys for talking about it. I suffered from anxiety and used alcohol to deal with it. The side effects of alcohol withdrawal is anxiety. Drinking would make it go away and it turned into a cycle. I drank for 30+ years and I’m thankful for being sober the last 2. It’s getting easier and my brain is healing from the abuse. It was definitely a mental illness for me, I would keep drinking knowing that it was killing me. 👍 guys, I like your shows. Thankyou.

What happened to Liff???
Great pod lads. Stand-up play taking the chat in a serious and real direction.
This is such a pathetic podcast. Country club adjacent only exists because they suck Saudi cock.
I am a huge fan of this topic and it's importance but also generalizing how easy it could be to seek help is a big obstacle. Dealing with personal struggles within the public spotlight has to be as tough as it gets. Golf has nothing to do with it. Choosing to make a change in your life and digesting the many opinions that come with the spotlight/attention it that comes with it is a whirlwind of emotions to digest.
I'd like to say thank you for helping me through some difficult times. Your content has given me some joy in dark times. Appreciate what you do, much love.
