That's the ball I use, can't beat it for the price. It's a PGA Tour proven ball with Ben Griffen winning 2 times this year. $30 vs $55 is just a no brainer. Back in the day, Maxfli was played by a ton of PGA players. I'm glad you're using the Maxfli ball, but y'all need to keep it on the down low., they keep finding out people like you and My Golf Spy pumping them up, they will raise the price! 🤣

Most of the comments are, Well For Me. Well, that’s the main arguing point. The Best Ball in the world is relevant to the golfer who is striking that particular ball. MSG, like the channel, like the review. Blessings on you and your family.

The new maxfli tour x is elite especially paired with the price

I came to the same exact conclusion last year when comparing Pro V1x, Maxfli Tour X and PXG Extreme. My ball speeds are slightly higher than yours but the results were about the same relatively. The price of the Maxfli is just too good to beat. The PXG was very close from a price/performance standpoint – especially if you get a veteran discount.

I pretty much shoot 80 with any ball honestly. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Callaway range ball, a lake ball, an old ball I got for Christmas in 2002, or a new premium ball. If I tried to come on here and say ball choice makes a difference in my scores I would be a liar and I would be kidding myself. Ball choice makes zero difference in my scores. It’s all marketing psychosis.

Srixon Z-Star Diamond, Chrome Tour X and Pro V1 X have been the best overall for my game

Can't be a definitive test without TaylorMade, Callaway, and Srixon.

this was a pretty awesome video! Would have loved to see the Snell ball included but great job getting the new Tour Edge ball in there!

What about Wilson Staff? They seem to be top of everyone else's ball tests

You should review the Snell Prime 3.0 ball. At $35/dozen, it's amazing.

Randomly purchased a sleeve of left dash last weekend. Played 3 best rounds I’ve played in a year. Accuracy off the tee increased as did wedges into the green in that 70-110 range. Shoulder shrug emoji

I used to play Maxfli balls in the late '90s and early 2000s. But I also played the Callaway and ProV1. It came down to what I got a good price on. Now, I'm a 10 handicap and I play ProV1 or ProV1X depending on conditions. I buy them in bulk, sometimes reconditioned and/or used in pristine condition. I'll probably try the Maxfli again at some point in the future.

I am only half way through the video, but I've played the Maxfli Tour X for at least three years now, it's not coming out of the bag any time soon.

Unless you play well enough to warrant using Pro-V's stop being a snob and take a look at Wilson Staff's line up. Something for everyone and some total gems to be found. The Triad is mustard for mid speed swingers and you have to look very hard to find a better budget ball than Smart Core. And don't be fooled into thinking cheaper means inferior, Wilson don't blow millions on scattergun advertising like the other brands. They put their dollars into R&D and customer retention through keen pricing.

Golf digest or something of the sort, in tests showed that the Maxfli ball was the best.

Looked like an error on the condor x wedge spin in the summary. 4000 rpm for the deviation

I don’t know how you can say you’re finding the best ball without including any chrome tour, TP5, or Bridgestone.

If you ever do this again or just want to try it on your own, give the OnCore Vero X1 and OnCore Vero X2 a try.

Good Test! I've been playing the Maxfli Tour for the last year and love it. I test other balls often and there are many I could game but none really outperform the Maxfli. The Maxfli X is a little less forgiving and you need decent speed and strike to be consistent so I keep playing the Maxfli Tour. Love it. Price is amazing.

The Maxfli tour X is my golf ball. It’s as good if not better than the pro v1x and it’s half the price.
