Great breakdown, with a script error at 4 minute mark. Prestwick may have hosted 24 Opens, but likely not between 1860 – 1825. Please make more of these historic videos GD!

The 16th at Scottsdale would be so cool, if you haven't done that one already

Everybody loves these… Derek does a great job of explaining the details. Sooooo many holes you could do – how about that Par 7 in Japan? 900 yards of fun.

Man I want to go play all these courses so bad, until I'm in one of those bunkers. Looks hilarious.

How about the 11th at Merion? I grew up near there and understand it wasn’t originally built that way. Many of the holes played across the road until they purchased the land where the 11th green and 12th tee now sit.

Would love to see a study of 6, 7, and 8 at Pebble Beach (or 8 if we had to pick just one).

Troon Country Club in Scottsdale 13th hole is a replica of The Postage Stamp designed by Tom Weiskopf😊

You’re wrong about the “original” hole, for the eighth. That green was o ly added in early 90’s as the winter green.

during the 2024 Open, rumors were that Brian Harman landed his tee shot in the 8 foot pot hole bunker, after 15 minutes, a search team was sent in and an APB was issued. It was later determined that Shane Lowry found him. Lowry was quoted as saying: "yes, I'm quite familiar with that bunker"
